These Terms govern your participation in the HOTWORX Naples text messaging (SMS) program. By opting in, you agree to the terms below and to our Privacy Policy.

HOTWORX Naples ("we," "us") offers a text messaging program to communicate with customers and website visitors who provide their mobile phone number and opt in to receive messages. Messages may include appointment reminders, trial and free session confirmations, membership information, promotions, and customer support.
You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through our website forms, in-studio signup, or other methods where you affirmatively provide consent to receive text messages. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have permission to enroll it.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the type of messages you've opted into (for example, appointment reminders vs. promotional offers). You may receive multiple messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HOTWORX Naples is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to receiving text messages.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from us. You may re-subscribe at any time by opting in again.
Text HELP to the number you received messages from for assistance, or contact us at [email protected]. We will respond with instructions on how to unsubscribe as needed.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still book sessions, purchase a membership, or otherwise do business with us without enrolling in the SMS program.
Mobile information, including SMS opt-in status and consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.
Our SMS program is supported by most major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and reliability may vary by carrier and location.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our program or legal requirements. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
